RepRap Build
Pandora, a RepRap style FDM 3D printer I built. Used for many of my personal projects and experiments.
Construction began in July of ’12. We got the frame done in a day.
Soon after came the belt drivers. Note nearly half of the components (black plastic pieces) were 3D printed.
After that, some soldering and electrical components.
The most complex components is the extruder carriage, which is what actually deposits the plastic.
Heat bed components.
Last, and yet most important, is the board.
Now, in the beginning of September, we’re ready to print!
